Tai K. Oh (1934–2010) was an American business professor and consultant, and author of the book The Asian Brain Drain. He taught for most of his career at California State University, Fullerton. Born in Seoul, Korea, Oh received his undergraduate education at Seijo Gakuen University in Japan and at Shimer College in the United States. He subsequently obtained master's degrees from Northern Illinois University and the University of Wisconsin, and completed his Ph.D. in industrial relations at the University of Wisconsin in 1970.
